Shipping to the lower 48 U.S States is free.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico to be calculated at the time of purchase.

International shipping to be calculated at the time of purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your HEDJAK for any reason, we will refund or exchange purchase.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must have the original tags attached.

Contact hello@hedjak.com to receive a return shipping label. Provide your name, order number, and reason for return in the email.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. After inspecting the item, we will notify you about the status of your return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment). The refund is dependent on your card issuer's policies.
