HEDJAK is short for “Head Jacket."

attached.

Yes. See washing instructions on the label.

  3. Can the hat come off? 
NO! The hat is attached! 

  4. Is HEDJAK patented?
Yes, HEDJAK has been awarded multiple US Patents.

  5. What is HEDJAK made of? 
It is 100% Cotton.

  6. Does HEDJAK come in Big and Tall sizes? 
Not yet but we are working on it.  Stay tuned!

  7. Does HEDJAK have youth sizes?  
Not yet but we are working on it.  Stay tuned!

  8. Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we will ship to anywhere in the world! 

  9. Where is HEDJAK located ? 
We are located in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

  10. My order is a gift. Do you ship with order packing slip? 
We can send the packing slip to the billing address if requested.

  11. How fast do you ship? 
We will ship same day if ordered before 2pm CST,
Monday through Friday.  

  12. Can I order large quantities?
Absolutely! Please contact us directly on large orders.

  13. Do you accept returns or exchanges? 
Yes!  We want you to be 100% satisfied.  As long as the jacket is returned in its original condition,
within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange it for different size or issue a full refund.  
Contact us prior to return so we can provide a shipping label.
